We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any Vectium product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with at least 50% of the product remaining.
How to Return
Returning a product is simple:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- We'll provide a prepaid shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off at any designated shipping location
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
- Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders
- International returns are subject to shipping fees
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Opened products with less than 50% remaining are not eligible for return
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure you receive your product promptly.
